NoteWithMe is a smart personal productivity assistant that helps you capture ideas, manage tasks with deadlines, collaborate in real time, and stay organized across every area of your life and work.
This guide walks you through everything you need to get started. It takes under 10 minutes.
Go to notewithme.app/en/register and sign up with your email. No credit card required and no time limit on the free account.
Sidebar (left): Your projects list, navigation, and quick settings.
Task List (center): The tasks in your currently selected project, with priority indicators, deadlines, and completion status.
Quick Capture (top of task list): A text field that's always visible. Type any task and press Enter to add it instantly.
Detail Panel (right): When you click a task, its details appear here — description, subtasks, due date, priority, and assignees.
Click New Project in the sidebar. Give it a name that reflects a real area of your life or work:
Good project names are specific enough that you know immediately where a task belongs.
Click in the Quick Capture field and type your first task. Press Enter. Add a few more:
Don't worry about organization yet. Just capture everything that's on your mind.
Click on any task to open the Detail Panel. From here you can set:
With deadlines set, enable reminders in Settings → Notifications.
Choose your notification channel:
Enable Deadline Reminders. You'll get notifications 24 hours and 1 hour before each task is due.
In your project, click the Share icon. Enter your collaborator's email and choose their role:
Changes you or they make appear in real time — no refresh needed.
Tap the microphone icon in Quick Capture. Say your task, and NoteWithMe transcribes it. Supported languages: English (en-US) and Vietnamese (vi-VN).
